Rooted in a Strength-Based Approach
This practice was initially built on the work of Dr. Edward Hallowell, co-author of Driven to Distraction, a book that changed how many families, educators, and clinicians understand ADHD. Not as a deficit to minimize, but as a complex neurological profile that can include creativity, intense focus, and real potential. alongside real challenges.
That philosophy continues to guide what we do at All Well Health and provides us a platform to successfully expand into the local needs of those individuals and families we encounter every day.
Care That Goes Beyond a Diagnosis
ADHD brought us here. But over time, we've come to understand something most of our patients already knew: their needs don't fit neatly into a single diagnosis.

ADHD Evaluation and Diagnosis — Comprehensive assessments for children, teens, and adults, including clinical interviews, standardized testing, and full history review.
ADHD Treatment— Individualized treatment planning and ongoing medication management, coaching, and therapy with careful follow-up over time.
Anxiety and Depression — Thoughtful psychiatric and therapeutic care for adults navigating anxiety, depression, or both — especially when they overlap with ADHD or other neurodevelopmental differences.
Trauma and PTSD — Care for individuals whose history of trauma is shaping their present, integrated with other treatment when needed.
Executive Functioning Support — Practical help with organization, planning, task initiation, time management, and emotional regulation.
Psychoeducational Testing — Evaluations that clarify learning and cognitive profiles, supporting school accommodations including IEPs, 504 plans, and standardized testing accommodations.
Autism and Twice-Exceptional Assessments and Treatment — For individuals with complex profiles, including autism spectrum and 2E evaluations for gifted learners with co-occurring differences. Again, we provide support in the form of therapy, coaching, and medication management.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (Adults) — A structured option for eligible adults, including screening, preparation, treatment, and integration support.
