Michael Marcin, MD, MSCR, is a child, adolescent, and general psychiatrist. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. Before joining All Well Health, he spent more than a decade at UCSF, where he served as Health Sciences Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and led the Neurodevelopmental/ADHD Clinic as lead attending.

Michael Marcin, MD, MSCR, is a child, adolescent, and general psychiatrist who joined All Well Health in 2026. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry, and holds an active Washington medical license.

Dr. Marcin trained at Emory University, where he completed his general psychiatry residency, a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry, and a chief residency, alongside a Master of Science in Clinical Research. He earned his medical degree at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

He spent more than a decade on faculty at the UCSF School of Medicine, most recently as Health Sciences Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. At UCSF he served as lead attending and clinical professor in the Neurodevelopmental/ADHD Clinic, as Medical Director of Adult Outpatient Services at Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospital and Clinic, and earlier as Assistant Medical Director of the adult inpatient program. Before UCSF, he was Medical Director at Marcin Youthcare in Oregon and Medical Director of the O.M.I. Family Center within San Francisco Health Network Behavioral Health.

Teaching and clinician communication have been a throughline in his career. He is faculty with the Academy on Communication in Healthcare, where he has directed both the 2019 Winter Course and the 2020 ENRICH Conference, and has served as faculty in the American Society of Clinical Oncology's Quality Training Program. He has received four teaching and mentoring awards from the UCSF psychiatry residency training program.
